For each accepted paper and extended abstract at least one author (presenter) is expected to participate in the conference in person, paying the applicable registration fee.
Online participation is not possible.
After the Early bird period, the registration platform automatically assumes the regular fee values.

The conference registration fees include:

Access to all keynote presentations and paper sessions (registration is mandatory)
Lunch and two coffee breaks, on the conference days (13th and 14th May 2025).
Full paper authors: publication in the Book of Proceedings
Extended abstract authors: publication in the Book of Proceedings

The registration fee does not include any insurance.
