Project ticket

  • The chance to pitch your project during the event
  • The chance to present your project in the ENoLL Newsletter and DEEL Newsletter, prior to the conference
  • Your logo & link will be added on the event website and conference proceedings

  • For each accepted paper and extended abstract at least one author (presenter) is expected to participate in the conference in person, paying the applicable registration fee.

  • Online participation is not possible.

  • After the Early bird period, the registration platform automatically assumes the regular fee values.

The conference registration fees include:

  • Access to all keynote presentations and paper sessions (registration is mandatory)

  • Lunch and two coffee breaks, on the conference days (13th and 14th May 2025).

  • Full paper authors: publication in the Book of Proceedings

  • Extended abstract authors: publication in the Book of Proceedings

The registration fee does not include any insurance.

In some cases you can get a ticket at a reduced rate. Check whether you meet the conditions.

On Tuesday, May 13, we are organizing a three-hour Bosphorus Dinner Cruise. Depending on the group size and choices yet to be made, the price will range between €50 and €75 per person. Dinner, drinks, and the program are included in the price.
To determine the appropriate boat size, we would like to gauge the number of participants in advance. Could you let us know if you are interested? This is purely an inquiry, and you are not committing to anything.

Please submit this form first before you leave to the webshop (HAN University of Applied Sciences) for payment. The payment options are credit card, PayPal or iDeal (only for The Netherlands). If you prefer another payment option, please send an email to info@hwll-she.com.
